hehe, iseng2 doang, talking2 ringan aja...

- Marco Van Basten
- Frank Riijkard
- Ronald De Boer
- Frank De Boer
- Edgar Davids
- Denis Bergkamp
- Marc Overmars
- Klaas Jan Huntelaar
- Shota Arveladze (nih kalo ada yg inget, top skor sampe 30an gol bertaun2)
- Johan Cruijff
- Clarence Seedorf
- Our Beloved 'Van Der Sar'
- Wesley Sneijder
- Ravael Van Der Vaart
- Jari Litmanen
- Zlatan Ibrahimovich
- Jesper Gronkjaer
- Nwanko Kanu
- Sunday Oliseh (ini di WE larinya ga kekejer, dulu sih)
- Cristian Chivu
- Nikos Machlas
- Patrick Kluivert
- Ryan Babel

Tp emang scout Ajax :kakashi

tenkiu koreksi nya brow..

klo huntelaar aye pribadi baru kenal pas dia di ajax, hehe...

kalo dipikir2, walopun liga belanda masih dibawah 3 liga besar dunia (inggris, italy, spanyol), kalo soal scout bisa dibilang juaranya..

ronaldo tongos juga munculnya dr situ, psv..

beda hal sama real madrid, yang scoutnya kayaknya kurang giat kerjanya, cmn ngambil yg ud mateng..hehe

Dulu pas maen CM tahun 02...Huntelaar salah satu hot prospect for the future di PSV.

Hans Van breukelen --> idola gw pas masih SD nih..
Ronald Koeman
Erwin Koeman
Wim Kieft
Arjen Robben
Romario Faria
Ronaldo
Luc Nillis
Heurelho Gomes
Park Ji Sung
Lee Young Pyo
Mark Van Bommel
Phillip Coccu (ga asli PSV sih)

Kalau Madrid mah beda...money talk....:lulus

yah, namanya juga sepakobla tanpa batasan.. asal banyak pemasukan siy no problemo yak..? :)

:ompong

sebenernya dari awal juga judul tretnya udh salah.. kalo ngomongin scout berarti kan ngomongin org yg menjalankan tugas untuk scouting pemain target/ klub lawan.. tapi kan jadinya ngomongin ajax/psv yg emg banyak pemain muda potensial nya dolo n sampe skr..

kalo ngomongin scout kan berarti kita ngomongin pekerjaan.. CMIIW..

Yup, gw kira malah ngebahas scout yg sukses dgn penemuan pemain muda yg kemudian menjadi bintang.

Zamorano?

Scoutnya MU juga mantabbbb banget..emang siy beli Roo, CR mahal, tapi kalo dijual sekarang harganya berapa tuh????? berapa kali lipat kalo emang SAf mo jual itu pemain..the next, rafael n fabio ga lupa tosic n ljajic..we'll wait for you action!!

kalo ngomonginscout berarti ngga cuma pemain muda doang kan?

DAVIDE SANTON

The scout reports...

A truly outstanding prospect, Davide Santon is one of the best young defenders in world football.

The 18-year-old has made a rapid rise through the ranks at Inter Milan, and he is already a full international.

Born near Ravenna, he began his footballing life with his local club before joining Inter's famed academy at the age of 14.

Originally a winger, he was soon converted into an attacking full-back - equally at home on the right or left.

His potential was soon spotted by Inter coach Jose Mourinho - who handed him his first-team debut just days after his 18th birthday.

Now less than nine months later, Santon is a first-team regular and is also part of Marcello Lippi's first-team squad.

Lippi has branded Santon as the new 'Paolo Maldini' but a better likeness would more likely be with Inter legend Giuseppe Bergomi.

Santon is a modern full-back, full of pace and attacking intent. But this youngster can tackle, and is very good at it - precise and composed, he rarely dives in with a rash challenge.

The scout says...

Santon is full of quality and he plays like a player way beyond his 18 years. Having made his debut so early, he looks to have the world at his feet.

Like with Bergomi and Maldini, who he has been likened too, he could very well spend his entire career playing with the same club at the top-level.

STEVAN JOVETIC

The scout reports...
Stevan Jovetic has long been touted as one of the finest midfield prospects in Europe and he shows few signs of not living up to expectations.

The Montenegro starlet is a product of the famed Partizan Belgrade youth set-up and he was fast-tracked into the first-team.

A hugely gifted and skilful playmaker he can play out wide and up front, but central midfield will surely be his long-term home. Two-footed, although very much prefering his right, Jovetic has a wonderful eye for a pass - which is the main weapon in his armoury.

He also has the ability to finish and his 10 goals in just over 50 appearances for Partizan is testament to that.

At just 16 years of age he made his senior debut for Partizan and little over 12 months later he really came to the fore as he scored a hat-trick in a Uefa Cup tie.

It was not long after his senior debut for Partizan that he was also making his bow on the international stage and he was part of the inaugural Montenegro side following their declaration of independence. Along with the likes of Mirko Vucinic and Simon Vukcevic, Jovetic is already considered a key member of his national side.

Early 2008 saw Jovetic appointed captain of Patizan, but that was only ever going to be a brief spell as it was largely expected he would be moving on that following summer.

And indeed he did, but despite interest from Manchester United and Real Madrid, Jovetic opted for Italy as he signed for Fiorentina in a deal worth around £6million.

He made nearly 30 appearances in his debut campaign in Serie A, although he was in and out of Cesare Prandelli's side, but he still showed enough to earn plaudits from throughout Italy and many feel this season could be a huge one for Jovetic.

The scout says...

Being just 19, Jovetic is developing physically all the time and that great thing about Fiorentina is that they are helping him progress.

Jovetic still has huge potential and much more to come, despite already being an international and playing regularly in Serie A. He is a real gem of a player who could go to the very top of the game.

RANSFORD OSEI

The scout reports...

A goal-scoring gem, Ransford Osei is one of the best young striking prospects to emerge from Africa in the last few years.

Osei began his career in his native Accra with Kessben, where his goalscoring ability soon came to the fore - especially with Ghana.

In 2007 he finished second in the goalscoring charts at the prestigious Fifa Under 17 World Cup. In November 2007, after scoring a hat-trick in a youth game, he was drafted into the senior Ghana squad and made his debut.

Soon after this he was handed a trial by Manchester City - who have continued to keep close tabs on him, with some reports claiming they have secured first refusal on him, although Tottenham and Manchester United are also said to be keen.

He then top-scored in the African Youth Championship in January this year and also won the Golden Shoe for best player.

Polish club Legia Warsaw struck a deal to sign him in early in 2008, but problems arose over his work-permit and Fifa refused to sanction the deal and he returned home.

Osei, though, was not back in Ghana for long as he was snapped up by Maccabi Haifa and just months after moving to Israel he has been snapped up by Steve McClaren at FC Twente - who has signed him on loan with a view to a permanent deal.

Osei has been likened to the legendary Ghanaian striker Abedi Pele - but he is a bit more direct and more of a poacher; indeed McClaren would probably more liken him to Yakubu Aiyegbeni - whom he signed during his time at Middlesbrough.

But Osei he is not just happy sitting on the six-yard box, he also has very good vision and can often be seen setting up a move with a clinical pass.

The scout says...

A natural-born striker without a doubt, and he needs show this season he can cope with pressure in Holland because if reports are accurate, he will soon be on his way to the Premier League.

While he probably needs a good two seasons with Twente, hopes are high he will produce.

JACK WILSHERE

The scout reports...

After a stunning series of performances at the Emirates Cup, it is little surprise we have turned our attention to Arsenal's Jack Wilshere.

A graduate of Arsenal's famed youth academy, the Hertfordshire-born starlet is on the brink of making a big breakthrough at the Emirates.

Comparisons with the legendary Liam Brady say it all. Wilshere possesses a great deal of talent, and his recent performances in pre-season have seen his stock rise again further.

However, suggestions that the 17-year-old could be included in Fabio Capello's squad for next year's World Cup in South Africa are hugely premature.

Wilshere, as his age indicates, is still a raw talent. His recent form in pre-season is not unfamiliar, for he shined similarly this time last year.

The hype surrounding Wilshere is intensified as he is an Englishman. An Englishman that is naturally left-footed.

At just 5ft 7in, the teenager is slight, but will surely bulk-up as he matures. What he lacks physically, he makes up for technically.

Wilshere's ability on the ball is outstanding, and Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has hinted that he sees him in the 'Bergkamp role' in the future.

But it remains to be seen how much first-team action Wilshere will see this term - but he is only 17 and has time on his side.

The scout says...

With the right nurturing, and he will no doubt get that at Arsenal under Wenger, Wilshere does have the opportunity to be a great.

Such quality at his age is hard to overlook.

ADEM LJAJIC

The scout reports...

Adem Ljajic has long been touted as one of the finest player's young players Serbia has ever produced, and he is showing no signs of not being able living up to that tag.

He has starred for Serbia's youth team on the international stage, which first attracted interest from a string of Europe's top clubs and Manchester United have used their contacts in Eastern Europe to great effect by landing a precocious talent like Ljajic.

He will join United next year, but is he ready for the Premier League? Simple answer is yes, very much so. As a 15 and 16 year-old his talent was there to behold, but in the last 18-months his body has filled out so that he is now more than capable of playing at the senior level.

But as he has grown he has not lost any of his natural skill or pace. His close control is a joy to behold and he loves to beat men, sometimes more than once, which is something which will no doubt be removed from his game under Sir Alex Ferguson and his staff.

He has been labelled the 'Little Kaka' but that the comparisons are not that accurate, Ljajic make become a more central player and he certainly has excellent vision - but his crossing and ability out-wide mean his future - in the short-term at least - is on the wing.

The one major of area of concern has been his finishing, but again this looks to be improving all the time and he has shown this by bagging five goals for Partizan this season.

The scout says...

One of the most talented youngsters we have looked at. Has all the attributes to make it to the very top, and what better place to hone his talents than Manchester United.

On moving to Old Trafford he is unlikely to be rushed into first-team action, but on talent alone they may not be able to hold him back for too long.

EDEN HAZARD

The scout reports...

Eden Hazard has been one the revelations of Ligue 1 this term.

The diminutive attacking midfielder only played a handful of games last season but he made himself a first choice this term.

The Belgium starlet started his education at FC Tubize, before catching the eye of Lille scouts and moving to northern France.

He quickly settled and was handed his senior debut at the age of 16. Hazard already has two caps with Belgium

An excellent dribbler of the ball, Hazard possesses superb vision which enables him to pick some wonderful passes.

The scout says...

It is little surprise some of Europe's elite have taken a keen interest in Hazard. A big move appears inevitable, but he seems to have his head screwed on and has already admitted he needs to continue his education at Lille.

SOFIANE FEGHOULI

The scout reports...

Attacking midfielder Sofiane Feghouli is one of the top young players in France and is currently with Grenoble.

He was born and raised in Paris and at 13 tried his luck at PSG's training centre but he was turned away because of his physical weakness. But at 16, Feghouli - who has an Algerian father - joined Grenoble.

After making his debut last season and helping GF38 to an unexpected promotion, he was rewarded with a three-year deal.

Feghouli has already proven that in the few months of the new Le Championnat season that he can mix it at the top level and his form has been recognised with a call-up to the French Under-21 squad.

In recent years, since his rejection at PSG, he has grown a lot physically and coupled with his excellent technical base his potential is huge.

Scouts from Manchester United, Liverpool, Juventus, Real Madrid and Inter Milan have all been checking on him, while all of France's top clubs are confirmed admirers.

The scout says...

The number of scouts watching Feghouli only highlights his progress in recent years. He has been labelled the new Zinedine Zidane which is a huge tag for any young player to carry.

But don't be dismissive of this huge talent - he has all the potential in the world, and ability to match.

Keirrison

The scout reports...

You know when you are the most talked about talent in Brazil, then you are something special and that is currently Keirrison.

The 20-year-old is a striker currently plying his trade with Palmeiras, but he first came to prominence at Coritiba.

He made his senior debut in 2007 and inspired them to glory as they won Brazilian Serie B title and the Parana State League title.

Keirrison finished as top scorer in both title successes, but whilst many doubted he could continue that sort of form in the top-flight of Serie A he blossomed as he again topped the goalscoring charts with 21 goals, making him the youngest-ever player to finish as top scorer in Brazil's top division.

His exploits for Coritiba caught the attentions of many clubs, but Palmeiras - with the help of Keirrison's management company - secured his signature and he arrived in 2009.

He has not disappointed with almost a goal a game in his first 20 matches - but still the Palmeiras support seem unvonvinced, but why? Well there is no doubting Keirrison is a wonderful talent and a great goalscorer - but there lies the issue with some, he isn't much more.

If you're wanting a Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, who can do things of genius as well as finding the net - you're not really going to get that with Keirrison, although he is as skilful as any Brazilian is, or should be.

But any criticism is very harsh, Keirrison loves scoring goals and that is what he does with great aplomb.

Yes his link-up play can leave a lot to be desired and he is guilty of disappearing in matches, but then again who cares when more often than not he is there to pop in a goal.

The scout says...

Keirrison is a proven goalscorer, who will only get better - and scouts of Real Madrid, Barcelona, AC Milan and Liverpool are not issuing glowing reports back to their bosses for no reason.

Could easily move in the summer, although would benefit from another year in South America. An outside bet to make Brazil's World Cup squad next year.

Scouting: Manuel Neuer

Talking Reds scout BFC Samwell reckons the German keeper would be an ideal replacement for Edwin van der Sar...

Player name: Manuel Neuer
Team: Germany, Schalke
Position: Goalkeeper
Age: 23

Match Scouted: Germany 1 Italy 0, 26 June 2009

Key Moment: His stunning reflex saves from Giovinco and Motta in quick succession. Further excellent stops followed from Motta again, Cigarini and Balotelli as Germany held out to book their place in the final against England.

Strengths: Tall, good reflexes and comfortable at coming for crosses.

Weaknesses: From what I have seen, he is already a fantastic keeper with a lot of experience under his belt. But every player can always improve.

Suitability: I think he could easily replace Van Der Sar. He produced some brilliant displays during Schalke's 2007/08 Champions League campaign when the German side reached the last eight. Has already represented his country at senior level and has the experience of being a No.1 with Schalke which would aid his progression at Old Trafford.

Estimated Cost: I don't know how much he is valued at or whether Schalke would sell. Neuer is contracted to the club until 2012, but if United came in with a decent offer what player would not want to join.

Arsenalís ability to unearth gems from around the world is now legendary but still little is known about the people who actually find all these amazing talents. After the disapointment of a relatively early exit from the Carling Cup (especially given the quality of the current youth crop), lets take a look at Arsenalís scouting network.

Manager - Arsene Wenger
We have to start at the top, and manager Arsene really is the brains behind the whole operation. From his first day in charge he set about bringing a global vision to the club. Only after studying an extensive dossier and video footage of a player will Wenger even consider making a move for him. He is always the ultimate judge when it is decided whether a player is good enough for Arsenal.

Chief scout - Steve Rowley
The leader of a scouting operation that includes seven English scouts and 16 more abroad, Rowley will always travel to watch a player before he is recommended to Wenger. Rowley has been at Arsenal for 30 years and discovered the likes of Tony Adams and Ray Parlour, but before Wenger arrived he had never been on a working assignment outside of Britain. Since then he has travelled all over the planet and is held in such high esteem that clubs have constantly tried to poach him. He recently turned down a big money move to Zenit St Petersburg.

Spanish scout - Francis Cagigao
Cagigao is a former youth player at Arsenal and Barcelona but while he never quite made it as a first-teamer he has become a valuable asset as a scout. Cagigao is the man who identified Cesc Fabregas as a player worth chasing and he recommended Lionel Messi to Arsenal with work permit issues preventing a move for the Argentine at the time. Recently he discovered Fran Merida - tipped as the Ďnew Fabregasí - who starred against Wigan in the Carling Cup.

South American scout - Sandro Orlandelli
Based in Brazil, Orlandelli immediately called Rowley when he saw Carlos Vela playing at the World Youth Championships in Peru. Orlandelli also became friends with Velaís father, which helped seal the deal. Denilson was another Orlandelli discovery, while he also first spotted young left-sided player Pedro Botelho who is currently on loan at Salamanca in Spain. He scouted Sao Paulo striker Diogo, for whom Arsenal have had two recent bids rejected.

The close friend - Jean-Marc Guillou
Not directly on the Arsenal payroll - Guillou has still been a key player in the Arsenal success story. His football schools in Africa helped unearth Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Eboue, and his close relationship with Wenger made sure that the Arsenal boss found out first. Guillou was also manager of Belgian club Beveren during the co-operation agreement between the clubs which ran from 2001 until 2006.

French scout - Gilles Grimandi
Wenger has an in-depth knowledge of the French game, but when he hears about a top prospect in his homeland he instructs former player Grimandi to keep a keen eye on the player. Positive reports from Grimandi on the likes of Abou Diaby, Bacary Sagna, Alex Song, and Mathieu Flamini persuaded Wenger to sign the players.

The international partnerships performance supervisor - Steve Morrow
Most famous for scoring the winning goal in the 1993 League Cup final before breaking his arm in the post-match celebrations - Morrow recently started managing Arsenalís international partnerships, which currently includes the Colorado Rapids of the MLS, BEC Tero of Thailand and Hoang Anh Gia Lai of Vietnam. Morrow also assists Arsenalís academies in countries such as Egypt and Ghana.

Scandinavian scout - Bobby Bennett
Bennett has been working for Arsenal in Scandinavia for seven years and helped to persuade Nicklas Bendtner to join the club by presenting him with a signed shirt from his favourite player - Robert Pires. Bennett also scouted Havard Nordtveit, a 17-year-old Norwegian centre-half who is considered one of Arsenalís top prospects and who is currently on loan with Botelho at Salamanca.

Germany scout - Thomas Kost
It didnít ĎKostí much for Arsenal to get either Philippe Senderos or Lukasz Fabianski because both were spotted by Kost early in their careers.

Italian scout - Tony Banfield
Banfield is the son of reserve team coach Neil. His big recent discovery was Johan Djourou who came up on his radar after he overheard two agents talking about the Swiss centre-half at a youth tournament in Croatia.

The ex-Players - Peter Clarke and Danny Karbassiyoon
Two more former Arsenal youth players are part of the Arsenal scouting network, with Clarke based in Holland and Karbassiyoon covering North America and Mexico.

The head of youth development - Liam Brady
The Arsenal legend oversees the development of the young players once they arrive at Arsenal, ensuring they can play Wengerís unique brand of football He has been at the club since just before Wenger arrived in 1996. Former Arsenal great Steve Bould is also involved with the youngsters as head coach of the Under-18 Academy side.

Setuju...Setuju, bung.
